Now in this new series called "Your Forehand and the Modern Forehand," we are applying everything we've learned to your game and see what pro elements are universal and which are a function of primarily of level of play.

This month we look at the critical element of the hitting arm position. Never heard the term? That's crazy because it's the hand and arm position that controls the position of the racket at the moment of contact. In pro tennis there are two basic hitting arm structures. This month we look at the most common, the double bend, and see how to incorporate it in your game!
